Our Team

Dr. Schramm received her B.A. from Hofstra University and her B.S. and Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. She completed externships at Marshfield Clinic, Marshfield, WI; Feinbloom Low Vision Center and Pediatric training at The Eye Institute, Philadelphia, PA; and Pugliese Eye Specialists, Kingston, PA. Dr.Schramm has been practicing for over 25 years and enjoys working with all populations. Dr. Schramm also serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.

Dr. McKeown received his B.S. from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA and his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He completed externships at the VA Hospital in Wilkes-Barre, PA; Pugliese Eye Specialists in Kingston, PA; and The Eye Institute at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. McKeown serves as a member of the American Optometric Association Evidence Based Optometry Committee.

Dr. Winshman received her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston. She completed externships at the VA Hospital in White River Junction, VT; Holyoke Health Center in Holyoke, MA; and MyEyeDr in Raleigh, NC. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.

Harley joined our practice in September 2023 and is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician (CPO). She is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Whether she's performing diagnostic testing, assisting the doctors, or helping patients understand their eye health, Harley strives to make every experience a positive one.

She enjoys continuing her education in the field of optometry and is committed to expanding her knowledge to provide the best care possible.

Outside of the office, Harley enjoys hiking, road trips, car shows, spending time with her boyfriend, Watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and relaxing with her cat, Zebra.

Marcela joined our practice in August 2025 and is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician (CPO). As a bilingual technician, she enjoys building connections with patients from all backgrounds and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Her passion for eye care has inspired her to begin the journey toward becoming an optometrist, and she is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in the field.

Outside of the office, Marcela enjoys reading, listening to and following BTS, and spending time with her dog, Bugui, and her two cats, Curtis and Fridia.

Jean joined our team in March of 2026. She has always enjoyed helping others and is thrilled to be in the medical field as an Optometric Technician. She strives to use her customer servicing skills to make every appointment a positive and personalized experience. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and spending time with her two cats and husband.

We were thrilled to welcome David to our optical team in 2026! Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, David loves guiding patients through the process of picking out their ideal pair of glasses, as well as repairing and adjusting frames.

Outside of work, David stays active in nature—he’s a dedicated hiker who spends most of his weekends tackling trails with his favorite four-legged companion, Echo.

Miles brings a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to the practice, helping create a welcoming experience for every patient. He enjoys connecting with people and believes a friendly smile can make all the difference. Outside of work, Miles is a fan of Pokémon, loves spending time with cats, and enjoys trying new dishes at local restaurants. His upbeat personality and appreciation for life's simple joys make him a valued member of our team.
