Our Doctor

​​​​​Dr. Schramm received her B.A. from Hofstra University and her B.S. and Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. She completed externships at Marshfield Clinic, Marshfield, WI; Feinbloom Low Vision Center and Pediatric training at The Eye Institute, Philadelphia, PA; and Pugliese Eye Specialists, Kingston, PA. Dr.Schramm has been practicing for over 25 years and enjoys working with all populations. Dr. Schramm also serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.

​​​​​Dr. McKeown received his B.S. from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA and his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He completed externships at the VA Hospital in Wilkes-Barre, PA; Pugliese Eye Specialists in Kingston, PA; and The Eye Institute at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. McKeown serves as a member of the American Optometric Association Evidence Based Optometry Committee.

​​​​​Dr. Winshman received her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston. She completed externships at the VA Hospital in White River Junction, VT; Holyoke Health Center in Holyoke, MA; and MyEyeDr in Raleigh, NC. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.
